We hired Home Team Energy for an install on our house and garage this summer, and I would use them again without hesitating. What actually sold us was Ryan talking us out of a battery. We were ready to buy one. He explained why it didn't pencil out for our situation and steered us off it, which cost him a sale we would have signed for without asking a single question. That told us we were working with people looking out for us rather than padding an invoice. The install matched that. Communication was excellent the whole way through, including a long stretch of We Energies delays that had nothing to do with them. Everything that came up got handled fast. When an electrical issue turned up after the panel swap, they had someone back at the house that same afternoon, and they even took care of a bad switch that was already failing before they got here. They also went past what we were paying them for. They cleaned up some cable runs we had done ourselves and put in conduit. When a fiber line we had buried out to the garage got clipped, they installed the replacement, hooked the garage back up, and left it in better shape than they found it. Cannot recommend them enough. Home Team did our solar and back up battery installation this past March. From the initial inquiry all the way through installation and final commissioning, Ryan and his team were fantastic to work with! We could not be more pleased with the results.
